The College Football season is in full swing and if it has told us anything over these weeks (at least in my opinion) is that to expect the unexpected! After all, who in their right mind would have predicted that USC would lose outright to Stanford or that Florida would lose to Auburn (alright, maybe that one wasn't so much of a stretch). None the less, this season anyway, you can't take for granted that there is a "sure thing" on the college grid iron! So, with that being said, are there really teams out there who can't seem to win (loss two in a row anyway) this week who just might present themselves as a great betting opportunity? Let's take a look:

Primary Angle: Teams who are off a week of rest and playing game six versus a conference opponent. Teams in this situation are a profitable 127-101-1 ATS since 1980.

Add On Angle #1: Now, take this same team and have them come into this week's game off of a SU loss. Teams in this situation are an even more profitable 73-49 ATS. Low and behold we have four teams in this role this week. They are: New Mexico,Oregon, SMU and Washington.

Add on Angle #2: If these same losing teams are playing a conference opponent off of a SU win then this angle zooms to 41-20 ATS. Teams who fit that bill this week are: New Mexico and SMU.

Final Add on Angle: So now let's have them coming into this game off of two SU losses in a row playing an opponent off of a SU win and there you have your 80% winner as teams in this situation are 20-5 ATS. The teams to play this week are New Mexico and SMU

There you have it. Teams who can't seem to win the ball game but can certainly make us some money this week.

As always, good luck this week, and for more winning selections in MLB, NFL, NCAAF and the NHL join Michael at www.Alexandersports.com
