The Oklahoma Sooners, once ranked #3 in the polls play host to the #11 ranked Missouri Tigers. Oklahoma comes into this one 5-1 SU and 4-2 ATS after last weeks big win over Texas in the "Red River Rivalry" game. QB sam Bradford threw for 244 yards and three touchdowns while RB DeMarco Murray rushed for 128 yards on 17 carriers. Coach Bob Stoops knows to be careful when facing an opponent from the Big 12 Conference North Division since the last time they did Oklahoma belw a 24-7 thrid quarter lead in their only loss to Colorado. Missouri comes into this contest a pefect 5-0 SU and 4-0 ATS after pounding Nebraska 41-6 in their Big-12 Conference Opener. QB Chase Daniel threw for a career-high 401 yards and two touchdowns as the Tigers outgained the Cornhuskers, 606-297. The problem for Missouri today is that the don’t match up well against the Sooners. In last year’s game, Oklahoma's power running game and fast/physical defense shut down a 7-1 Missouri team on their home field. In addition the Tigers have played only one road game this year and that was against
a defense that is not even close to the caliber of the Sooners. Oklahoma is 16-1 against Missouri dating to 1984 with victories in the last four meetings and has not lost to the Tigers at home since 1966. My Opinion: Sooners by 24.
