The Seattle Seahawks look to get them back on track this week after getting dismantled against Pittsburgh last week. The Steelers held Seattle to just 144 yards as the Seahawks turned in their offensive production since gaining 149 yards against the New York Giants on September 22, 2002. In last weeks game QB Matt Hasselbeck completed just 13-of-27 passes for 113 yards, while Alexander rushed for only 25 yards on 11 carries. Home cooking could just be what the doctors ordered for the Seahawks as they have gone 29-6 at Qwest Field.

The New Orleans come into this game 0-4 SU and ATS and are one of three winless teams whiling ranking 30th in scoring, averaging just 12.8 points per game. New Orleans has lost its four contests by a combined 17 points. Drew Brees continued to have problems as last week he completed 29 of 47 passes for 252 yards and a pair of interceptions. After scoring 25 PPG in ’06, the Saints are averaging just 12.7 this season. They’ve also been beaten by an average of 24.3 PPG in their L3 road games. Seattle has owned this series going a 3-0 SU and ATS in their L3 meetings however Mike Holmgren’s teams in Seattle are just 6-25 ATS in October.

My Opinion: Take New Oreans plus the points.
