Wow, what a BAD weekend for the Big 12 North powers Nebraska, who fell at home to Texas Tech, laying 11 points (Your Forum and podcast free play here last week), Kansas falling to hapless Colorado on the road, and Missouri getting smacked at Okie State, blowing it in the fourth qurater again, just like they did against Nebraska the previous week. Impressive was Kansas State damn near being arrested for murder against Texas AM lighting the Aggies up for 64 points.

Texas handled Oklahoma although not in impressive fashion and have a tester this week as a 13.5 point road favorite at Missouri and OU has to travel to Kansas, which neither team is in a good mood after last week, especially Sam Bradford for OU who just lost about 20 million in guaranteed NFL dollars after last weeks re-injury of his shoulder. Some great games this week, weigh the lines for overlays against my ratings here.

There are some serious adjustments here this week, here are the new ratings:

BIG 12 Current Power Ratings as of 10-19-2009

Texas 119

Oklahoma 116

Texas Tech 112

Oklahoma St 104

Nebraska 100

Kansas 99

Missouri 96

Baylor 90

Colorado 87

Kansas State 84

Texas AM 82

Iowa State 78
